الوصف الوظيفي
Job Responsibilities:
- Under direction, performs several of the following duties, depending on the program/project and in accordance with established standards and applicable regulatory policies
- Assist in production coordination, and/or in the planning, organization and documentation of projects
- Oversee and coordinate project work; interpret plans & schedules to anticipate conflicts, coordinate and conduct meetings with affected parties, and oversee inspection and documentation of project work
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of project submittals
- Conduct analyses and prepare technical studies and reports
- Study tender project (Specification, drawings, BOQ, tender circulars)
- Rate build up for dry cost item
- Attend Site visit and pre bit meeting
- Re valuation of submitted tender for revised offer submission
- Prepare the break down for tender cost BOQ merger item
- Prepare The Quantity for material order on site
- Prepare the RFQ to be out to sub‐contractors and Suppliers for various requirement
- May perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary

Qualification and Experience:
- Relevant education background. Bachelor's Degree preferred within Architecture or Interior Designing
- Thorough experience and knowledge in Woodworking/Joinery Production
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
