1ERP PMO Manager
The Central PMO Lead reports to the 1ERP Program Management Office Lead and ensures successful delivery of the SAP S/4HANA 1ERP program scope through proactive leadership and program/project management discipline. He/she will track all project deliverables, drive all communications/reporting to senior stakeholders at C-level, facilitate critical decision-making processes, and maintain project/program level roadmaps by working closely with the various 1ERP Program Office teams.

R&A:
- To establish a world class PMO for a major transformation program
- Set direction, provide structure and lead Central PMOs to develop and design comprehensive, detailed project plans and roadmaps
- Develop and monitor a consolidated master plan of the overall program, considering all inter-project dependencies
- Establish and enforce project governance structure and way of working, (e.g., meeting types and cadence, durations, scope, attendees) and ensure compliance to standards (e.g., templates, procedures) across projects
- Ensure complete SAP S/4HANA scope delivery, and work closely with 1ERP vendor manager for contractual scope alignment (e.g., commercial terms, obligations, escalations, approvals, milestone sign-offs, payment phases)
- Ensure alignment between all stakeholders in all management levels, across all MAF OpCos and geographies
- Ensure timely and high-quality decision making across the program by providing business cases, alternative scenarios, and pros and cons assessments
- Monitor risks and issues related to overall 1ERP program, escalate to C-level sponsors as required, and monitor mitigation and corrective actions
Functional/ Technical Competencies:
- Nice to have: Good understanding of SAP (ECC + S/4H)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially in PowerPoint and Excel)
Personal Charactristics & Required Background:
- 10+ years in management role and experience in project management in a multinational company
- 6+ years experience in program management or PMO roles
- Proven history of managing teams (including direct reports) to meet aggressive deadlines, utilizing sound project management methodology (processes, best practices, tools, and templates)
- Hands-on experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects at
- global corporations
- Experience in workstream lead role, cutover manager, or test manager role across multiple SAP S/4HANA engagements is strongly preferred
- Strong technical know-how in ERP projects, program/project management methodologies, and SAP S/4HANA
- Experience working with overseas or multinational teams
- Project management certification and consultancy background is a plus
