Planning Engineer

Job Description

Description:
A construction company in Dubai needs a planning engineer with 10 years of experience and at least 5 years of experience working in the Gulf area.
. Preparing Baseline Program.
. Prepares and submits Planning Data to be incorporated into the submittal of Project Progress
. Report (weekly/ monthly) in coordination with the Project Manager and Site Quantity Surveyor and submit same to the Consultant / Client for Approval.
. Submits planning reports such as preparation of manpower requirements for the project, and preparation of material procurement report in accordance with the approved program.
. Has experience in specialized planning & scheduling software utilization (Primavera).
. Prepares cash flow, charts& histograms for planning.
