1ERP Program Manager
The Program Manager works closely with the ERP Director, Central PMOs, business, and IT to ensure clear communication/coordination among all key project stakeholders and mobilize 1ERP project teams. He/she will ensure successful delivery of the SAP S/4HANA solution through effective project management practices and discipline and oversee the overall progress of the 1ERP implementation project. He/she will drive preparation of all communications/reporting to senior stakeholders at C-level and facilitate critical decision-making processes through collaboration and alignment between all OpCo stakeholders.

R&A:
Develop project plans with a standardized methodology and approach and validate with all stakeholders considering OpCo targets, interdependencies, and
available resources
Develop a consolidated master plan of the overall SAP S/4HANA project, considering all inter-project dependencies
Monitor overall project plan and individual OpCo status, prepare progress updates, and support designing KPIs and dashboards
Escalate critical resource requirements to Central PMO, Business, and IT for timely project delivery
Facilitate and ensure adoption of project governance structure and way of working (e.g., meeting types and cadence, durations, scope, attendees) and ensure compliance to standards (e.g., templates, procedures) across projects
Coordinate and communicate project activities with all stakeholders across all management levels ensuring alignment across OpCos and geographies
Identify support needs during 1ERP implementation delivery, communicate needs with relevant stakeholders, and ensure allocation of resources for focused and timely support
