Overview of the role
The CRM Manager is responsible for planning brand CRM campaigns, drive marketing automation and the customer lifecycle journeys. The person will be interacting with multiple teams within the division and manages the execution of all direct customer communications and automations across different channels (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, etc.).
What you will do
• Managing the planning, design and content for CRM campaigns via Email, SMS, WhatsApp & Web Push.
• Build great email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the multiple teams in the business that will assist in design and content creation.
• Own the operations for executing retention & churn prevention marketing campaigns.
• Monitor the performance of campaigns through tracking and analytics.
• Create dashboards, reports and alerts for stakeholders.
المهارات
Required Skills to be successful
• Experience using marketing automation software such as Emarsys, Braze, SAP Hybris or Responsys.
• HTML experience is an added advantage as sometimes it will be required to support from a hands on perspective.
About the Team
As a CRM Manager you will be reporting to Senior CRM Planning Manager
