Senior Human Resources Officer

Brief Job Description:

  1. Execute hiring procedures and effective on boarding programs for new employees.
  2. Research and analyze best recruitment sources.
  3. Reach passive job seekers and build candidates pipelines for various positions in order to meet Manpower planning and hiring requirements in the company.
  4. Maintain proper filing and archiving system for all resumes received.
  5. Conduct 1st interviews with potential candidates, and shortlists candidates for 2nd interviews.
  6. Ensure employee handbook and new employee forms are continuously updated to reflect the current status and the needs of the Company.
  7. Assist the HR Manager in the preparation of the training plan based on performance appraisals results and the needs of the Company.
  8. Seek out and maintain up to date training resources.
  9. Coordinate training courses and logistics internally and externally.
  10. Ensure proper implementation for all necessary paperwork related to trainings & commitments.
  11. Assist the HR Manager in executing the approved annual programs and initiatives calendar to promote employees’ engagement and wellbeing.
  12. Assist the HR manager in supervising the adherence of all the company's employees to HR rules and regulations.
  13. Assist the HR Manager in circulating relevant announcements, rules, regulations and procedures.
  14. Assist the HR Manager in coordinating risk management policies such as but not limited to evacuation plans, work from home management, crisis management or business continuity
  15. Conduct HRMS improvements and enhancements testing.
  16. Report HRMS errors or system failure and follow up on resolution.
  17. Assist HR Officers in the daily work when needed.

Qualifications Required:

  • BA degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in similar field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent English command (Written & Spoken).
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel.
