Senior Human Resources Officer
Brief Job Description:
- Execute hiring procedures and effective on boarding programs for new employees.
- Research and analyze best recruitment sources.
- Reach passive job seekers and build candidates pipelines for various positions in order to meet Manpower planning and hiring requirements in the company.
- Maintain proper filing and archiving system for all resumes received.
- Conduct 1st interviews with potential candidates, and shortlists candidates for 2nd interviews.
- Ensure employee handbook and new employee forms are continuously updated to reflect the current status and the needs of the Company.
- Assist the HR Manager in the preparation of the training plan based on performance appraisals results and the needs of the Company.
- Seek out and maintain up to date training resources.
- Coordinate training courses and logistics internally and externally.
- Ensure proper implementation for all necessary paperwork related to trainings & commitments.
- Assist the HR Manager in executing the approved annual programs and initiatives calendar to promote employees’ engagement and wellbeing.
- Assist the HR manager in supervising the adherence of all the company's employees to HR rules and regulations.
- Assist the HR Manager in circulating relevant announcements, rules, regulations and procedures.
- Assist the HR Manager in coordinating risk management policies such as but not limited to evacuation plans, work from home management, crisis management or business continuity
- Conduct HRMS improvements and enhancements testing.
- Report HRMS errors or system failure and follow up on resolution.
- Assist HR Officers in the daily work when needed.
Qualifications Required:
- BA degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ of experience in similar field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English command (Written & Spoken).
- Excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel.
