Sales Manager

Review
We are an FMCG production and trading company and are expanding our activities in the Middle East.
We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing professional with experience in the tea and chocolate products sector who will be able to implement our business in the UAE.
Main responsibilities:
. Development of partnerships with key customers through various distribution channels – hypermarkets/supermarkets, B/C supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, etc.
. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
. Maintaining and managing day-to-day operations of the business
. Fully formation of the commercial department, customer search, order processing, planning, etc.
Skills
Required Skills:
. Requires 5-10 years of sales and FMCG experience in the UAE.
. Excellent understanding of the FMCG distribution business in the UAE
. Strong existing relationships/networks within various distribution channels such as hypermarkets/supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, etc.
. A motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of finding and developing strong client relationships.
. Willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment take on multiple responsibilities as the business expands its footprint
. Excellent communication and team management skills
. Compulsory knowledge of English in perfection
