Logistics Co-ordinator
company is seeking to hire experienced Logistics co-ordinator who can communicate with logistics shipping lines and agents for bill of ladding follow-ups, shipments of import and export of our new stocks, pricing, bookings, estimation, and negotiation, supporting, coordinating, communication with sales team, clients and operations and logistics team, should have good communication skills.
. clerical duties for a Logistics team.
. Logistics shipment file reports.
. Dubai customs Email follow-ups.
. reply to emails and handle customer inquiries.
. follow up with clients.
. Handling Import & Export Shipment Follow Up
. Monitor Shipments of incoming and outgoing stocks
. Ability to handle drivers for the delivery and receivable of stocks from one place to another.
. Language: English and Hindi must, Arabic preferrable.
. can Join Immediately (Preferably Visit Visa)
. Male Bachelor degree holder
. Must have at least 1-years experience in logistics related processes
. Analytical and problem-solving skills
. Excellent time management skills
. Ability to work within tight deadlines
. Must be proficient in Advance Microsoft Excel With knowledge in Custom standards and incoterms Proficient in oral and written.
