الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose:
To manage the site in tenant designs for new construction projects, alterations, and redevelopments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
- Maintaining all the documentation and records regarding ongoing projects and completed ones of the tenants.
- Supervise the ongoing project sites.
- Workaround constraining factors such as planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget.
- Work closely with a team of other professionals such as engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists.
- Apply for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.
- Write and present reports, proposals, applications, and contracts to the Team Leader.
- Specify the requirements for the project.
- Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problems that may arise during construction.
- Play a part in the project and team management.
- Travel regularly to sites, proposed locations, and meetings.
- Perform any other duty, within a reasonable professional boundary, as assigned by the Team leader from time to time.

المهارات
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
- 5-7 years of Experience in a similar role.
- Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
- Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
