The Product Manager position is responsible for developing the best experience for jobseekers using the Bayt.com product across web, m-web, and mobile app platforms.

Responsibilities:

Incredible attention to detail. You want to ship the best customer experience and will not compromise
Understand our customers and business and find opportunities to build 0 to 1 experiences
Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks
Work closely with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize, execute, and launch impactful products.
Own and manage product roadmap for your area
Collaborating with the engineering team on tech-specs and ensuring that all technical decisions are taken, keeping in mind all short-term and long-term tradeoffs
Ability to structure features/functionalities into backlogs, roadmaps, releases, sprints, track, manage and communicate the progress to stakeholders
Experience with working on one or more analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude

Requirements:

Passion for well-designed products. You have an eye for design and are eager to collaborate with designers to deliver the best possible user experience
Overall 1-3 years of experience in product management
Prior experience working in B2C internet companies, e-commerce, and customer experience is a plus
Experience in working remotely with teams across multiple locations is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
