الوصف الوظيفي

• Study project documents and understand scope of work to prepare WBS and milestones
• Prepare the project schedule with the team which includes preparing Activity list, duration estimation and sequencing activities
• Estimate the Resources required for project schedule and load it to prepare Resources histograms
• Loading the project budget and materials from project BOQs and prepare cash flow.
• Follow up design/shop drawings and material submittal schedules and include them in the baseline.
• Prepare Internal procurement schedule with technical, procurement and contracts departments.
• Monitor and update the performance of the project schedule, shop drawing and material submittal.
• Prepare all required reports (Daily -weekly – monthly – Head office executive report and dash board).
• Provide site and departments with the look ahead schedules for their activities.
• Make sure to align suppliers/sub-contractors schedules with the approved baseline.
• Attend meetings in HO/site with the team consultant and/or client.
• Prepare EOT claims, Recovery plans, revised basslines and other project planning requirements.
