الوصف الوظيفي
To carry out maintenance, installation, overhauling and modification activities on plant’s instrumentation and control systems and equipment in accordance with standard maintenance procedures, HSE guidelines and quality standards to attain effective functionality and reliability.
المهارات
Understanding, Calibrating, and troubleshooting of instruments and parameters:
- DCS – ABB
- PLC- Siemens & Schneider Electric, Allen Bradley
- Vibration instruments
- Control valves (pneumatic), Turbine Control Valves, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Flow Transmitters, Level Transmitters
- Flue gas Analysers – SCR analysers- Emerson CT5400, Make-ABB & Yokogawa,
- Oxygen Analysers – Make- Sick
- CEMS Analysers, Dust Analysers, So2 Analysers
- SWAS Analyser – Sodium, Silica, pH, conductivity, DO2 (Make- HACH)
- Fire alarm system
Knowledgeable of SAP, and Engica
Minimum of 3 years in experience in instrument and control as a technician in installation, and maintenance of electronic equipment in a plant environment.
