Specifications and standards

· Define the civil requirements and standards

· Communicate and develop the civil standards with 3rd party suppliers

· Improve and update the civil standards and specifications

· Have a clear understanding of the policy process of the project location (including the project application document process, etc.)

· Have a clear understanding of project permission and regulation, including permission application process document flow, etc.

· Have a clear understanding of the different parts in the construction loop.

2. Budget

· Define the required Civil budget for projects

· Track the budget internally and report out

3. Project Management

· Familiar with the professional knowledge of civil engineering, civil engineering design drawings, structure engineering and coordinate to solve the professional technical problems in the project process

· Responsible for reviewing all kinds of construction plans and construction schedules of civil engineering

· Responsible for the construction site management of civil engineering ad coordinating the construction quality, safety, and progress

· Responsible for supervision and inspection of material acceptance in the site, process acceptance, sub-item acceptance, concealed acceptance, sub-project acceptance, etc.

· Responsible for checking the approved quantity of civil works and confirming the progress of completed works

· Responsible for the quality maintenance service engineering during the warranty period

· Assist the project leader to coordinate the relationship between construction units and cooperate with the majors

· Complete other tasks assigned by project leader

Civil engineers create, improve and protect the environment in which we live. They plan, design, and oversee the construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure, including power, compressed air, water, and sewerage systems that can withstand all weather conditions. Provide and define all Civil input for the plant location and Manufacturing building set up. Engage with suppliers to deliver the manufacturing civil requirements and prepare for successful project completion.
