Call Center Representative

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Analyze client requirements and offer the best possible solution or information.
  • provide information to the customer about our products and create lead using proper lead type.
  • Take the initiative to build fruitful connections through fluent and engaging communication.
  • Back up all the call history details by effectively utilizing the company's call center database.
  • Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience possible, minimizing customer wait/ hold time.
  • Working hours: SUN-THU (9am-6pm) Remotely

Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Good command of verbal communication skills to intrigue the listener and provide accurate information.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Fluent command of computer technologies and basic operations for conducting the assigned tasks productively.
  • Smart communicator with the potential to elaborate practical advantages of the company's products.
  • Portraying a positive outlook towards suggestions from the management related to required improvements.
