الوصف الوظيفي

Main Job Purpose

  • Provide flight tickets, accommodation, transportation and international visa for Nahdi’s employees and guests in line with Nahdi’s set policies. Arrange Nahdi’s events inside and outside KSA to ensure the efficiency of the events and to satisfy Nahdi’s customers (employees and guests).
  • Accountabilities
  • Reports Preparation:
  • Submit periodic report upon the business requirements that includes the business travel record, events activities, group travel, annual vacation travel pricing, etc… to the concern stakeholder in order to analyze the services’ performance and effectiveness.
  • Business Travel Requests:
  • Receive and Fulfill the Business Travel Requests (BTRs) via system upon the company’s policy and procedure by reviewing the approved request to ensure the accuracy of Business Travel Request.
  • Create and Arrange the booking (e.g. air-ticket, hotels, transportation, oversee meeting confirmation, ect…) after receiving the approved Payment Requests (PRs) in order to provide the best service to Nahdi’s employees.
  • Airline/Hotel Deals:
  • Provide the airline & hotel deals in regards to the group travel by cooperating with different airlines and hotels in order to ensure the best offer and services are provided to Nahdi’s employees.
  • Guests Requests:
  • Provide travel and hotel requests for incoming/outgoing guests through following-up on accommodation, reviewing the related documents, ensuring the tickets issuance….etc. in order to ensure the best services have been provided in align with the Nahdi’s travel policy and procedure.
  • Nahdi’s Employee Final Exit:
  • Review the air ticket amount for Nahdi’s employee final exit by cooperating with Personnel and Payroll team as per the set policy and procedure to provide proper and timely services to Nahdi employees.
  • Employee’s Annual Vacation Extra Claiming:
  • Review the employee’s justifications for the annual vacation extra claiming to the payroll team in order to resolve the raised issue.

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
