We are in need of a motivated, results-driven Sales Assistant to lead our sales
department. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to
buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.
Salary – Negotiable at the time of interview.
Knowledge About these brand – Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Rockwell, Allen Bradley, sick , phonies contact, omron, mitsubishi, weidmuller, legrand, eaton.
Knowledge About – Contactors, MCCB, ACB, MCB,Control board, Switchgear, PLC, AC drive ,Frequency converter , PLC
ROLE : SalesManager – Number of openings (2)
QUALIFICATION – Bachelor's degree or higher in business or any related field.

1) Develop purchase orders by managing product availability, quality & price options.
2) Making sure that the deliveries are made on time as per the customer requirement.
3) Coordinate with suppliers regarding order discrepancies, shortages.
4) Monitor procurement inventories & keep track of all the supplies.
5) Evaluate all purchase orders & ensure their compliance with the packing guidelines.
6) Preparing delivery order and invoices.
7) Prepare reports on incoming and outgoing supplies, inventory balance, goods to be sent back, and shortages.
8) Follow up to confirm purchase orders.
9) Maintain up-to- date log sheets to include purchasing order number, shipper name, bill of lading number, etc.,.
10) Following up with the customer and supplier payments.Handling petty cash.
11) Making sure that the customers are satisfied with our services.
12) Effectively communicating with customers in a professional & friendly manner.
Financial Inventory Entries related to Procurement, Sales Orders, and Inventory
Adjustments, Branch Transfers etc..
13) Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork & filing documents.
