Nathan & Nathan is a leading HR and Employee Outsourcing Provider in the UAE, powered by People, Technology, and AI to support clients across the Middle East. We are looking to hire an Admin Assistant to support the Recruitment Department and ensure that all recruitment procedures run smoothly. The person would be reporting to the Senior Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in scheduling interviews, updating the calendar, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
  • Update and maintain the candidate database
  • Assist in posting job advertisements
  • Perform background checks to verify the candidates qualifications and experience if needed
  • Conduct CV mining
  • Coordinating with the candidates during the recruitment process like sending interview reminders, interview cancellations, call-back requests, selection, and sending rejection emails

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday (9am 6pm)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant field.
  • At least 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer and phone skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Smart, proactive, and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
