الوصف الوظيفي
You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring all Human Resource functions.
- Preparing compensation and benefits packages.
- Set up company policies.
- Maintain updated employee records.
- Ensure a healthy workplace by providing HR procedures.
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any equivalent.
- Proven 2 years of experience in Human Resources and its process.
- Proven work experience in the HR field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills
- Knowledge of HR functions (performance appraisal, recruitment, Payroll, etc.)
