Description
Set- up company framework and develop the governance frameworkDevelop risk strategies and key performance indicators for corporate governance and risk functionIdentify, Assess, Monitor and Report the key risks regularly.Review risk framework on a periodic basis and establish governance manual and model in accordance with the needs of the group.Establish group wide Code of EthicsEnsure business/ functional risks are within the acceptable company's risk tolerances levelsDevelop independent risk and assessment reportsPrepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports to assess productivity and progressMotivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work
Profile
Professional Qualification (MBA, Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Risk or related)15 + years' of experience in the Risk Management and Governance FunctionExperience in a complex environment
