About the Role
Using technologies such as JavaScript & PHP/MySQL you will be responsible for creating & maintaining reliable, secure & high performance microservices that provide our control panels & industry leading products.

This is a full-time role, We offer flexible working hours & in addition to choice of OS you can run whatever IDE you prefer!
The following experience is required:
- Writing & developing distributed & scalable microservices
- Strong commercial experience with PHP & MySQL applications.
- Working with & creating JSON RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of ORM & frameworks written in PHP
- Understanding of PHP PSR standards
- Comfortable with frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap
- Detailed knowledge of web & system performance
- Strong Linux command line skills & comfortable with Composer dependencies
- The following would be beneficial:
- Understanding of VueJS & JavaScript ES6 Classes
- Familiarity with Propel ORM and/or Slim3 would be a major advantage
- Experience with Gulp, PugJS, SCSS
- Experience with NodeJS programming & usage
- Familiarity with financial & accounting systems such as Worldpay, GoCardless, FreeAgent & Xero
