Main Job Purpose

• Protecting the company from legal impacts by:
• Leading Corporate section to support the company strategy.
• Ensuring compliance of the corporate activities of the company.
• Drafting solid and safe legal documents to avoid any lack in the documents specially contracts and AOA.
• Providing accurate & strong consultations to Shaw the owner department the right legal position regarding to consolation. .
• Escalating any legal risk to the concern department for making the prompt decision to stopping bad impacts.
• Project management background.
• Reporting, analysis, conclusion ….
• Present the legal department to the others
• Learning, lessons, and provide a direction to the other department.

Accountabilities

• Managing all the corporate works such as:
• Manage all types of Contracts and agreements and establish the legal entities, also, register and renew the trademarks and PL, prepare all legal corporate documents, such as: Bylaws, AOA’s and main CR’s, and their amendments, General Assembly, SOPs, Policies & Procedure, SLA’s.
• Participating the company corporate projects as needed and providing corporate consultations to all departments of the company.
• Developing the systems and adding new services, Capability of corporate team by coaching them.
• Sending awareness messages to stakeholders, including learnings, analyzing, reports and recommendations, Presentation
• Maintaining with updated laws and regulations

• Bachelor degree and an experience in same or similar field
