Control-M Specialist

Job Description :

• work with Business Customers, Section Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approaches.
• Level 2 and 3 Control M problem determination and resolution
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Control M software and agents on Unix, iSeries and Windows server systems.
• work with Application Development teams to develop, implement, and control high quality batch applications for the business and in-house applications using Control-M modules and application plugins.
• Monitor change/task and problem/incident queues and take appropriate action to resolve within the agreed (SLA) service level agreements.
• Assist team members with the (RCA) root cause analysis of problems.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
• Microsoft Excel and Visio.
• Knowledge of Unix Scripting and Oracle/SQL databases helpful.
• Certifications: BMC Control M Administration Training and Certification (Preferred).
