Tamheer Program ison-the-job training program for Saudi graduates, who hold diploma, bachelor's degree, master's degree, or PhD, from local or international universities.
Tamheer Program – HR Generalist will support the MENEAT HR team in driving HR projects, data audits, employee engagement initiatives, policies revisions and other HR priorities. In-depth understanding of key business drivers uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • A job at this level will be an individual contributor, within the MENEAT HR team. The role operates with some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities/provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Activities require professional judgment, but may require more senior levels of guidance
  • Support in HR processes within the HR Partnership model
  • Support with HR Policies drafts and revisions
  • Drive and execute HR project to enable business growth
  • Communicate with direct colleagues and the business leaders about design and coordination of services rendered
  • Navigate a matrix organization to align with multiple teams and business leaders and achieve desired project outcomes
  • Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with related major as Human Resources
  • Fluent oral and written English
  • Good at data analysis, master office software skills, good at Excel, PowerPoint and Word ect

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
