Previous experience:

• Minimum 3 years in similar field with a proven record in strategic initiatives implementation support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in information technology, digital products development, or a related field.
• Prior government related consultancy work would be recommended.

Initiatives:

1. Establish and activate digital products department
2. Launch work license portal
3. Develop Nosoq platform and improve user experience (Utility companies)
4. Activate and develop Audit and Compliance Representatives track
5. Establish City Monitor Center

Basic Tasks:

1. Support the development and handover of strategic projects
2. Conduct researches, plans and reports regarding high priority strategic initiatives
3. Coordination with concerned stakeholders to deal with planning and handover efforts.
4. Provide inputs for statistical, financial and operational reports and studies
5. Support the development of customer journeys to influence and grab interest among key customer segments.
6. Escalate problems, to be aware of the developments in the field and to measure customer satisfaction.
7. Comply with instructions, advice and guidance on strategic initiatives to achieve the deputyship goals and act independently.
8. Identify and escalate new or emerging issues or issues affecting initiatives with the department.
9. Prepare project deliverables/ strategic initiatives
10. Participation in operations planning and development
11. Support the development of digital products.
12. Support implementation of technology products, policies, procedures, and operations.
13. Submit reports on digital products performance against KPIs and objectives on a regular basis.
14. Propose improvements and efficiencies in line with initiatives and KPIs.
15. Liaise with stakeholders from third parties to follow up on required accomplishments.
