KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Oversee Agile rollout
  1. Activation Service Delivery Model
  2. Roll-out Agile & DevOps
  • Agile Coaching and Guidance
  • Measure Agile rollout success
  • Defining Business Value and Customer Experience impacts
  • Help Service Owners design and establish Services and teams

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in IT or Business adminstration

Minimum Experience

  • 2 years experience with financial industry
  • 4 years experience in Agile delivery and transformation
  • Workable knowledge about Various Agile methods and faremworks (Scrum , Kanban, Safe, Less, Spotify)
