Sales Director – Dubai UAE

Our client is a leading Real Estate Brokerage company based in Dubai. It operates both in Off-Plan and Secondary Market transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee fast growing investor and seller network
  • Ability to spot talents and recruit a strong performance property consultant team
  • Build a strong sales process where the person is the master on each step – cold calling to closing deals
  • Train the team on day-to-day basis
  • Must ALWAYS be available to the team. Especially outside of working hours
  • Perfect comprehensive marketing analysis to target the right market
  • Help the company to improve customer/ landlord strategies based on market facts and acquisition
  • Work closely with other departments to carry the client through 360-degree process.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have handled team of min 5 members
  • Min 40 employees in the current company
  • Min experience- 4 years in real estate/ 1 year as sales director in a reputed company
  • Own car preferred
  • Must be ready to work as and when required by the team
  • Remarkable presentation and excellent communication skills with fluent English. Other language is an add on
  • Must have good Digital knowledge
  • Must be highly intelligent
  • Prove the track record of generating pipeline, closing deals and building the team
  • Must possess great management skills
  • Understanding of real estate market- Off Market and Secondary market
  • Must be result oriented and creative
  • Must be problem solving (GURU) and customer oriented
  • Must have BUSINESS ETHICS: Honesty, Loyalty, Trustworthy
  • Must be a good team leader

Salary

  • AED 12-15K + Commission (depending on experience – TBD)
  • 4%- 6% commission on every deal closed in the team + Commission on deals closed by himself
  • Benefits: Phone, Sim, Laptop, Visa, Medical, yearly ticket, Parking.
