الوصف الوظيفي
- Execute the current go to market strategy of the sales department
- Prospecting and qualifying, as well as calling clients in the MENA region
- Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value that can be delivered by Bounce Deliver and report on a set of business development targets
- Use feedback to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools
- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Develop positive relationship with clients
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner Work with multiple internal teams to improve customer journey and experience
المهارات
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluent written and verbal communication in both, English and Preferably with previous work experience in the Education, Tech, or telecom industry.
- 2 -3 years’ experience in Sales with a proven track record
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.) and proficiency in using CRM systems
- Good communications and presentation skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Results-driven focus with analytical capability
- Driver's license + car is desirable
