One of our clients is looking for a highly capable Real Estate Manager to ensure that the property and related resources are optimally managed.
Incumbent will be responsible for negotiating sales, purchase and rental agreements, and supervising staff members (Brokers Team).
Salaries and benefits :AED 15000 + Commission % (Salary may vary depending on the quality of candidate)
Working hours :About 40 working hours a week (5 working days a week)
Location :Dubai
English or Bilinguals:English – Must (Other language will be plus point)
Job Responsibilities:
Managing the sale, purchase, rental and development of properties
Hiring, training and supervising staff members e.g., Brokers
Setting targets for Brokers (Agents) and monitoring their performance against set targets
Marketing properties such as land, buildings, Villas, billboards and vacant units for and on behalf of property owners
Monitoring real estate income and expenditure
Handling all tenant-related matters, including complaints, disputes and the collection of rental payments
Determining price and negotiating purchase, sale and rental agreements
Responding to reported maintenance issues, ensuring and authorizing that the necessary repairs take place
Assisting and Keeping owners informed on tasks such as mortgage, tax and insurance payments, occupancy rates, and lease expiration dates
Conducting regular inspections of properties and facilities to ensure that all is in order
Assisting property owners with financial tasks, such as mortgage, tax and insurance payments
Providing owners with regular updates and reports and making relevant recommendations
Knowledge and Skills:
Good marketing skills to effectively market properties on various platforms and by various means
Excellent organisational skills to effectively manage the operations of multiple properties
Thorough knowledge of real estate market and industry norms
Knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations
Good problem-solving skills to come up with effective solutions when challenges arise
Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide both owners and tenants with the service and support they require
License Requirements:
Must possess RERA Brokerage License
Driving License
Educational Qualification:
Hold, at least bachelors degree in real estate, finance, business administration or marketing
Experience:
At least 5 years in same role in UAE, especially in Dubai Emirate
