Responsibilities:
Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Communicate with clients and ensure their satisfaction during project implementation.
Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy,
adjustments, and progress.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected
deliverables
Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
المهارات
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is a must.
+2 years of experience in operations, project management, or client relations roles.
Experience in the marketing field is a must.
Excellent in both Arabic & English language.
Must be able to think analytically and strategically.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
