Key Account Manager

Job Description :
Our client is a leading customer experience platform vendor of customer lifetime value (CLTV) maximization. They are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • This is a Key Account Management and individual contributory role where candidate ensure that he or she facilitates collaborative exploratory discussions with various CX teams and stakeholders in the client organization to understand and consult on how organization's technology and solutions can be leveraged to meet their Digital CX transformation goals faster and efficiently. He/she will own up creating co-innovation opportunities and POCs that will deepen organization's relationship delivering strong results and value to the clients.
  • He/she is expected to develop relationship of trust with key stakeholders at customers end. Ensure that this healthy relationship is maintained between customer and the organization at all levels.
  • Understand the scope of the current solution delivered and map new opportunities across their digital CX spectrum to upsell and cross sell organization's technology and products in the existing accounts
  • Keep the customer appraised about organization's technology and solution roadmap.Drive and support Proofs-of-Concept to help win incremental business.
  • Leverage own relationships, own networking and develop new relationships with C Level executives of customer.

Preference:

  • Immediate joiners as possible
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic/French a plus
  • Dubai- (HQ) or Johannesburg-based (remote)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of customer handling experience which includes significant key account management experience in telco industry, handling clients such as MTN, Vodafone, etc.
  • Should have a proven track record of winning incremental business from existing telco clients, and engaging with CMO, CCO, and CIO level connects
  • Having experience on handling digital customer engagement and customer experience management (CE/CX) frameworks
