Our client, one of the leading MS Dynamics partners in consulting business (with a headcount of 15+) is looking for Business Development Manager (CRM&Loyalty) Solution selling resource in Dubai.
Job Description:
Establishing new business relationships and hunt down new accounts inCorporate,Government and SMB sectors.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Identifies decision makers at the major accounts.
Responsible for increasing the companys revenue by developing new and growing existing clientele.
Increasing client base. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
Following industry trends locally and internationally.
Work closely and develop long term relationship with internal team and clients.
Requirements:
An experienced candidate with a total of 12 years of experience and at least recent 3- 5 years in CRM Loyalty Solution selling.
A Microsoft background is desirable but not a must.
Experience in UAE market and a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing sales required.
Ability to challenge existing ideas, overcome objectives, problem solve and develop solutions.
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills and a true hunter-mentality.
Must be self-motivated, driven and a team player.
Good clientele/contacts in SMB/CorporateandGovernment accounts would be a plus of UAE.
Also, somebody in India covering UAE region can also be considered.Should be willing to relocate to Dubai. Target achievers can stay in India and keep travelling as per the need on visit (in case if do not want to relocate)
Annual target:Half a million Dollars.
