Position Title: Reservation Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A newly opened high end stand alone restaurant based in Dubai
Job Description:
- Ensuring that customer reservations are fulfilled in a timely manner while meeting all deadlines
- Processing payment for all reservations using a computer reservation system
- Organizing and overseeing all reservations activities including making sales calls and soliciting new business
- Assisting clients with special requests or problems with reservations, giving options / suggestions
- Ensuring the accuracy of information in company databases related to client data, reservations, payments, and other records
- Working with marketing staff to develop new products or services to meet customer needs

Qualifications:
- Open to European nationals
- Female, 25 to 40 years old
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience from a fine dining / stand-alone / high-end casual restaurant
