  1. Responsible for procurement and sales operations including placing order, negotiation and arranging all documents for the custom clearance.
  2. Followed up for shipment up-to the arrival and departure from warehouse.
  3. Managed office inventory and replenishing or restocking supplies as and when required.
  4. Dealing with the suppliers directly and negotiate them to get the best price, quality, delivery terms.
  5. Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met.
  6. Coordinate with stores about daily received & unreceived deliveries.
  7. Develop a great relationship with the suppliers.
  8. Monitoring supplier agreements through key performance indicators and reports on achievements.
