– Environmental monitoring by settle plates and air sampling of clean rooms and clean air devices- Maintaining records of environmental monitoring- Trend analysis of water / environment and bioburden
– SOP and other documents preparartions- Preparation of BET reagents / Bacterial Endotoxin Test and Reporting- Maintaining stock record of Media / Reagents and other materials – Daily Calibration of Balance & pH meter with documentation- Weighing and Preparation of Media required for day to day work- Daily observations / colony counting and reprting for water as well as products and reporting the same- Testing of Pathogenes
