الوصف الوظيفي
- Conduct routine checks and assessments of the in-house IT systems to ensure seamless productivity.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
- Correlate the existing company goals with modern IT strategies for suitable development activities.
- Formulate streamlined procedures to implement a robust IT system after evaluating the existing company parameters.
- Enable fluent data protection and security measures to manage vital organizational information.
- Work as a bridge to solve critical problems of important individuals within the organization through prompt addressal of the issues.
المهارات
- A skilled IT professional with decent exposure in handling and maintaining computing hardware and systems.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, computer hardware/software systems and of cloud system.
- Proven work exposure to maintaining an organization's network systems and related activities.
- Minimum of (5) years experience in the same field or similar.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer science , computer engineering, software engineering.
- Ability to work in a diverse project team to develop an efficient and valuable IT solution.
- Impeccable command of networking, communication, and soft skills to get the best working output.
