Head of Operations

Company
Our client is a leading Human Resources company that provides a variety of HR solutions such as Manpower and other recruitment services in Saudi Arabia.
They are currently looking for a Head of Operations to be based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages company operations related activities for both the Individual and Corporate services, including but not limited to, medical tests logistics, Iqama issuance, manpower mobilization/demobilization, manpower internal ID generation, manpower replacement, camp dispatching, call centre monitoring, scheduling and routing of service delivery, and facilities management.
  • Conducts process gap analysis on a regular basis to identify operational flaws/recurrent challenges and ensure timely resolution implementing best-practice processes to increase efficiency.
  • Implements best-practice processes with a view to increasing efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Liaises and follows-up with the Marketing department to ensure operations related activities are in complete alignment with marketing calendar, including but not limited to, campaigns, workshops and events.
  • Monitors progress, tracks trends and develops performance reports to increase operational efficiency.
  • Manages team relationships and conducts regular meetings to enhance productivity and ensure adequate performance in addition to on-time service delivery.
  • Prepares annual operative budgets by estimating requirements and scheduling expenditures in coordination with the Finance department, ensures financial objectives are met and suggests corrective actions when needed.
  • Constantly monitors staff competence and coordinates with the HR department to narrow knowledge gaps through in-house or external trainings.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management or related fields.
  • Master's degree or MBA designation is a plus.
  • Must have 7-10 years experience in the Operations industry
  • Excellent business negotiation and decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must speak both English and Arabic languages
