Our client is a leading Human Resources company that provides a variety of HR solutions such as Manpower and other recruitment services in Saudi Arabia.
They are currently looking for a Domestic Operations Manager to be based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the implementation of the operations department strategies, policies and procedures
- Identify and address any problems or issues in the operations department
- Monitor the availability of employees in each branch along with utilization rates and identify any recruitment need or the need to move employees from one camp to another or to rent a new camp
- Assess the domestic services supply and demand and mobilize employees accordingly
- Conduct periodic inspection visits to all the company's domestic branches and camps
- Arrange regular meetings to discuss the department's productivity, efficiency and future plans
- Monitor the utilization rates for Jahez, Mureeh and Drivers services and take action accordingly
- Review and approves the domestic timesheet to be sent to the HR department
- Supervise and approve all the operations related to the department
- Control the costs related to the operations department (food, flight, office)
- Conduct investigations in case if the employee refuses to work or when the contract is ended by the customer
- Take appropriate actions against non-complying or under-performing employees as per the company's policies (salary deductions)
- Review and approve all the invoices related to the operations department and ensure they are submitted for payment
- Analyze the aging report and prioritize the employee's mobilization accordingly
- Monitor and assess the attendance of the camp security guards
- Address the employees related issues ( including refusal to work, traffic violations and accidents)
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management or related fields.
- Master's degree or MBA designation is a plus.
- Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the same or similar job
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Must speak both English and Arabic languages
