DOCUMENT CONTROLLER- ARABIC SPEAKER
Document controller is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
Document Controller, control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by PMO or other departments.
SKILLS
Proven work experience as a Document Controller preferably in Construction field
Familiarity with project management
Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
Proficient typing and editing skills
Data organization skill
Fluency in English
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience as Document Controller, with minimum 3 years in the UAE.
Experience in construction works, dealing with Clients, Contractors and Sub-contractors
