Job Summary:
This role is responsible for supporting the CEO to organize and maintain his schedule and assist him by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Maintain DADCO CEO’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings etc.
● Attend meetings and keep minutes.
● Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
● Handle and prioritize outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
● Make travel arrangements for executives.
● Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
● Prepare invoices and provide assistance in bookkeeping for the general manager.
● Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
● Maintain electronic & paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
● Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
المهارات
Education & Experience:
● A bachelor's degree in business or any relevant field, and a PM degree is a plus.
● 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar admin role; with a total of 5+ years of experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
● Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
● Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
● Proficient in MS Office.
● Integrity and confidentiality.
● Very good command of English skills is a must.
