Responsibilities:

Demonstrate an understanding of the Accounting curriculum, subject content, and the developmental needs of students by providing relevant industry’s learning experiences.
Plan using the Standards of Learning, effective strategies, resources, and data to meet the needs of all trainees.
Effectively engage trainees in learning by using a variety of instructional strategies in order to meet individual learning needs.
Systematically gather, analyze, and use all relevant data to measure trainee academic progress, guide instructional content and delivery methods, and provide timely feedback to both trainees and stakeholders throughout the Academic year.
Use resources, routines, and procedures to provide a respectful, positive, safe, trainee-centered environment that is conducive to learning.
Maintain a commitment to professional ethics, communicates effectively, and takes responsibility for and participates in professional growth that results in enhanced trainee learning.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 2 – 3 years of teaching / or with extensive training experience in industry as Trainer
Excellent in Arabic & English communication
Computer skills – Tally or any Accounting packages, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio.
Analytical skill
Design & delivery of Technical, Non-technical Training Programs
Affinity with the educational and teaching process.
Good pedagogical and didactic skills
Able to work under pressure and own initiative.
Personable and able to develop strong rapport with learners and colleagues
Time management
