Project planning
- Ensuring that each department of the company carries out its mission in order to finish the project of its responsibility.
- Being the voice of the client in the company and the voice of the company in the client.
- Ensuring that the client receives all that it needs on time and according to the budget.
- Coordinating the technicians assigned to the project: organising their works, managing the material and human resources of the project.
- Setting the strategy to follow at each project taking into account the cost and deadline.
- Detecting potential risks of the project. Mobilising the different departments to the right direction when there are unforeseen circumstances.
Controlling projects
- Ensuring the final result of the project is such as described in the contract.
- Carrying out the economic follow-up the projects.
- Communicating and monitoring the scope changes of the projects.
- Defending the company's position. Being able to prepare and defend claims and variations.
