Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensuring that project requirements are met as the project evolves.
- Communicate tasks set by the Project Manager to project internal stakeholders and assist with schedule management.
- Oversee project procurement coordination management.
- Monitor project progress and communicate any issues that arise to PM and project internal stakeholders.
- Act as the point of interface between the Project Management Team and Project Installation Team, and communicate project status to project internal stakeholders.
- Work with the Project(s) Manager to eliminate obstacles.
- Monitor working hours, and evaluate project(s) activities productivity.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project(s) documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through participating in quality assurance tests.
- Support planning and coordination of project(s) and related activities.
- Help prepare project(s) budgets and monitor expenditures/transactions.
- Help build positive relations within the project team and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agendas.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), record the actions in the Action Register and communicate them to the responsible person/party.
- Maintain the Action Register of Project(s) and update it in a timely manner.
- Help the project team request Materials and Tools in a timely manner and contribute to the procurement process.
- Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
- Delegation of Project Managers’ authorities upon request.
- Perform any tasks assigned by the direct manager and related to the nature of their job role.

Qualifications
- Arabic Speaking.
- Fluent in Written and spoken English.
- B.S. in Engineering or Project Management, Master’s degree in project management or Engineering Management
- 2 years experience in the same position or job level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
