Logistics and Administrative Manager
Under the supervision of the Director of Administration and Finance, the Logistics and Administrative Manager is responsible for overall office management and coordination/logistics of local staffing needs.
- Supports recruitment efforts and onboards staff in line with local labor law and company policy and procedures. Maintains office information management systems including electronic and hard copy filing.
- Supervises the Administrative Assistant and Drivers overseeing and assigning duties in coordination with the Director of Administration and Finance.
- Coordinates and ensures compliance of company procedures for procurement and logistics activities. Ensures security and safety protocols are instituted and followed within the office and project vehicles and movements.
Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. A minimum of 10 years of office management and business administration experience. Demonstrated experience managing operations, travel, or logistics on donor-funded programs, with strong preference for prior USAID experience.
