Job Description
Our Client
An amazing opportunityis available for a seasoned Solution Architect to join the team of a large-scale real estate development project in Saudi Arabia and integrate top-notch product development and architecture throughout the company.
Your Responsibilities
.Plan, execute and manage solution of applications into the existing applications portfolio.
.Work with digital teams and business analysts to understand business needs and develop solutions.
.Create and maintain current- and target-state application architectures.
.Define and manage standards, guidelines, and processes to govern solution.
.Track industry (Energy and Water) trends and recommend enterprise solutions and modifications to accommodate users needs, functions, and business processes.
.Partner with product owners to align the product and solution roadmap with the technical design and strategy.
.The IoT Solution Architect provides current and target technical direction and implementation support to new and existing IoT customers utilizing embedded application
design, API, cloud computing and other services
.Collaborate with IoT product owner and technical teams to provision estimates, develop overall implementation plans lead the implementation, customization and integration efforts as required
.Conduct interviews and workshops with technical and non-technical (customer digital leadership) audiences in effort to extract and capture business and technical requirements regarding physical security
.Provide ownership and facilitation of project deliverables which may include complete business cases, project solution charters, impact analysis, high level architectures, planning level requirements, etc
Conduct and facilitate customer executive team briefings in effort to obtain sponsorship and clear hurdles as necessary
Your Qualifications
.Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience including hands on experience
.Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments
.Very good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models
.Must have a can do attitude that challenges development teams to reach beyond what they think is possible
.Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) programming – primarily using Paho MQTT client programming libraries (C/C++, Java, Javascript, Python)
.Experience in implementing IoT/Machine to Machine (M2M) solutions and demonstrating extensive knowledge of the IoT/M2M market and ecosystems
.Experience in specific IoT/M2M industry solutions
.Setup and maintain multiple IoT cloud Dev/QA/Staging/production environments based on Cloud Foundry, Docker and in behalf of DevOps
