الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensure maintenance of all equipment and materials such as lighting, air-conditioning, electrical distribution, generator sets, water supply, plumbing, sewage treatment plant, fire protection and fire safety systems, lifts, telecommunication and potentially building management system.
- Implement a building management system by taking charge of the maintenance of all equipment and materials such as lighting, air conditioning, electrical distribution, generator sets, water supply, plumbing, sewage treatment, fire protection and safety systems, lifts and telecommunication systems.
- Implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control in all maintenance jobs.
- Manage a team of technical people engaged in the operation, repair and maintenance of buildings and building facilities and equipment and provide the action plan required for this purpose.
- Maintain a property maintenance database and update information every now and then.
- Monitor and control the cost of maintenance.
- Write a maintenance strategy and plan in coordination with concerned technical department heads (mechanical, electrical and civil).
- Perform required maintenance/preventive maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to ensure the safety and comfort of tenants.Perform required maintenance/preventive maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to ensure the safety and comfort of tenants.

المهارات
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 to 7 years of working experience in a Facility or Property Management
- For commercial / residential buildings, villas or compounds
- Preferably with valid Driving License
