  • You will be responsible for responding to and following up on support requests
  • Recording details of requests, comments and complaints
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Understand the demand of consumers to provide timely service and solutions.
  • Refer important insights and unresolved customer complaints to supervisor
  • Active participation in the further development of customer support

المهارات

  • Enthusiasm for cosmetics
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and independent working
  • At least fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional languages also welcome. German or French is a plus
