Position Summary
The position is responsible for providing administrative support for curriculum delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Assists in the planning and delivery of assigned courses and clerkships.
- Liaises with faculty at WCM-Q and the Office of Curriculum and Educational Development (OCED) at the New York (NY) campus to acquire course materials.
- Assists with maintaining and updating the course material, lecture handouts, and syllabi as guided and distributes it to all members as required.
- Ensures access is available to faculty and students on the learning management system (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS).
- Updates, tracks, and publishes curriculum and examination schedules by liaising with staff and faculty at WCM-Q, the NY campus, HMC, and affiliated sites.
- Coordinates logistics, itinerary, and scheduling invites for faculty visiting faculty and ad hoc visitors.
- Maintains an adequate supply of inventory for the faculty and replenishes stock by placing/ expediting orders for the same.
- Prepares, distributes and collects student assessment forms.
- Supports compiling final grade forms, submitting them to the Office of Registrar, and entering the grade data into the system, adhering to specified timeframes and policies.
- Assists with updating and maintaining curriculum-related information databases.
- Assists in resolving minor issues relating to instructional tools, technology equipment, learning management systems (LMS) and platforms.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

المهارات
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably administrative sciences) with 6 – 7 years of administrative experience.
- Prior experience in higher education, healthcare, or research setup is an added advantage or a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in demanding timeframes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
