A high growth FinTech startup based in Saudi Arabia who are licenced by SAMA (Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority) with a core focus towards SMEs debt finance, have a newly created opportunity for a COO to join their team in Riyadh, KSA
Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to design, lead and execute our business strategy, as we transition from early stage company to business as usual operations. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the companies ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company's second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business.
You will create a vision for the business flow and technology architecture, as well as overseeing company operations and project timelines. You will be instrumental in driving ambitious goals, make sure targets are achieved, and bring the rest of the team into alignment to deliver the strong growth plans. The COO will also optimize the business structure and lead in partnership development and other strategic discussions.
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Oversee daily operations of the company
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Assist CEO in fundraising ventures and participate in expansion activities
Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Your Qualifications

Experience in high-growth start-up firms, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting
Understanding of business functions such as HR, Sales, Finance, Marketing etc.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and operations
Experience in fintech will be a plus
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Should be open with traveling across the region.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
