This role will be for a Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant, we are focusing on D365 deliverables
We are a manufacturing company with warehouses , supply chain and finance as well retail shops 50+ outlets. As a Functional Consultant, you should know retail management support and maintenance of retail system Microsoft Dynamics 365 system by Retail Management System RMS to ensure a high level of application performance Maintain excellent working relationships with users of the systems at different levels to ensure smooth work operation Manage projects related to retail system enhancement to ensure a high level of performance and fulfillment of Business requirements Excellent understandings of the business process and implement the application accordingly to ensure alignment Responds to any IT Application incidents within a timely and efficient manner to ensure proper support Manages all issues related to application documentation to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures, you must have solid background on supply chain and operations system as well retail and finance and all other listed below.

Job Responsibilities:-
• Functional and Technical requirement gathering and analysis, documentation, mapping the requirements and proposing solutions.
• Project scoping and estimation
• Delivering Functional D365 training in the company and teams.
Skills
- Proficient IT Experience in D365 development
- Good Proficiency in the overall system and application Architect designing and customizing AX solutions
- Proficiency in reports development using SSRS
- Well-experienced in D365 customizations by implementing event handlers, chain of commands, and data entity.
- Experience in preparing functional specifications with gap-fit analysis.
- Should have worked on data upload/migration activity Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations
- Functional requirement gathering and analysis, documentation, mapping the requirements and proposing solutions.
- To keep up to date on all technologies connected to Dynamics D365 F&O and ensure this is communicated to the team and customers where suitable.
- Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities
- Clear and effective communication
